Radius of Circle = 42 cm

Circumference of circle = length of wire =
2 \times \pi \times r \\ \\ = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 42 \\ \\ = 44 \times 6 \\ \\ = 264 \: cm
So, the square thus formed with 264 cm length wire,has one side

= 264/4

= 66 cm

Area of square =
 {side}^{2} \\ \\ = 66 \times 66 \\ \\ = 4356 \: {cm}^{2}

Area of circle =
\pi \times {r}^{2} \\ \\ = \frac{22}{7} \times 42 \times 42 \\ \\ = 22 \times 6 \times 42 \\ \\ = 5544 \: {cm}^{2}

Area enclosed by wire when forming a circle is 5544 cm ^2

while 4356 cm ^2 on forming a square,thus area of circle is larger than square by 1188 cm^2.

Hope you understand it .

Today, many of the monuments can still be visited, even though many parts of the historical city have experienced destruction in the past owing to the fact that it was ruled by different rulers in the past. It is located beside the modern town of Hosapet, which has a well-developed market area.
