LENGTH OF THE WIRE = CIRCUMFERENCE OF THE CIRCLE
LENGTH OF THE WIRE = 176 cm
LENGTH OF THE WIRE = Perimeter of the circle
176 cm                             =     4 X SIDE
Side = 44 cm
Area of the square = 44 X 44= 1936 $cm ^{2}$
