4a = 2(l + b)

4 \times 10 = 2(l + b)

40 = 2(12 + b)

b = 18

Area  \: of  \: square  =  {a}^{2}  \\  \\  = ( {10)}^{2}  \\  \\  = 100 \:  {cm}^{2}

Area  \: of \:  Rectangle = l×b \\  \\  = 12 \times 18 \\  \\  = 216 \:  {cm}^{2}
