Length of the wire = Perimeter of the square = (4×8)cm = 32cm = Perimeter of the rectangle

Let the breadth be x cm

By the Problem
2 \: (x + 10) = 32
Solve for x... (x will be 6)

Therefore area of the square = (8 × 8) = 64 sq.cm

area of the rectangle = (10 × 6) = 60 sq. cm
