perimeter of the square=25×4=100
length of wire=perimeter of square
p=2(l+b)
100=2(30+b)
100=60+2b
100-60=2b
40=2b
b=40/2
b=20
area of square=25×25
=625
area of rectangle = l×b
=30×20
=600
difference between the areas=625-600
=25
area of square is25cm greater than rectangle

HELLO DEAR,

GIVEN THAT :-

SIDE OF SQUARE=25CM

=>LENGTH OF WIRE

=>PERIMETER OF SQUARE

=> 4 × 25 =100CM

NOW SINCE WIRE IS REBENT INTO RECTANGLE

⇒ PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE = LENGTH OF WIRE

⇒ 2 (LENGTH + BREADTH) = 100 cm

2(lenght \: + breadth) = 100 \\ = > (30 + breadth) = \frac{100}{2} \\ = > breadth = 50 - 30 \\ = > breadth = 20centimeter

ALSO AREA OF SQUARE = (25 cm)2 = 625 cm2

AND AREA OF RECTANGLE = 30 cm × 20 cm = 600 cm²

Clearly, area of square > area of rectangle

Hence the square encloses more area.

I HOPE ITS HELP YOU DEAR,
THANKS
