A wire is wound to form a circle of radius 56cm.if the same wire is converted into square.find the side of this square

here's ur answer...

circumference of circle=perimeter of square

given the radius of the circle is 56cm

therefore it's circumference=2πr

=2×22/7×56

=44×8

=352cm

hence the perimeter of the square is also 352cm

we know that square has 4 equal sides.

so side×4=352cm

→side=352/4

→side=88cm

verification:-

perimeter of the square=side×4

=88×4

=352cm

hence verified

thus the side of the square is 88cm

circumference of circle =2Πr

=2x22\7x56

=352cm.

perimeter of square=4a

352=4a

352\4=a

88cm.=a

side of square is 88 CM
