length of the wire=1.76m
wire is bent to form square
so perimeter of square=1.76
let side of square is X meter
4*X=1.76
X=4.4m
wire is bent to form circle shape
so circumference of circle=1.76m
2πr=1.76
r=1.76*7/44
r=0.28m
area of square=X*X
=4.4*4.4
=19.36m^2
area of circle=π*0.28^2
=0.2464m^2
difference=19.36-0.2464
=19.1136m.sq.
