R become thrice.
Resistivity is matarial's property so can't changed.

1.
Resistivity is independent of length of the wire. It’s remains same

2.
R = ρL/A
R = ρL/A * (L/L)
R = ρL^2 / V
When it is stretched ρ and V remains constant
R ∝ L^2
R1/R2 = (L1/L2)^2
R2 = R1 * (L2/L1)^2
R2 = 10 * (3L1/L1)^2
R2 = 10 * 9
R2 = 90Ω
