Answer: 16/3 ohms

Explanation :

As the wire is bent into an equilateral triangle, so the resistance of each of its side will be 1/3 of 24, that is 8 ohms.

Let R = 8 ohms

Therefore, if we see from any 2 corners of the triangle, there will be 2 wires in series which is then connected to 1 wire in parallel

So, the effective resistance will be (R+R) || R

                                                  Req =  2R || R

                                                  1/ Req = 1/2R + 1/ R

                                                  Req = 2R/3

                                                          = 2*8/3

                                                          = 16/3 ohms
