A wire of cross-Sectional area A is stretched horizontally between two clamps located at a distance 21 meter from each other . A weight W kg is suspended from the midpoint of wire . if the vertical distance through which the mid point of the wire moves down be X <1 then find

i. the strain produce in the wire.

ii. the stress in the area .


iii if young modulus of wire Y, then find the value of X.​
