then length = x + 7
2{x+(x+7)} = 86
or. 2{x+x+7} = 86
or. 2{2x+7} = 86
or. 4x+14 = 86
or. 4x=86-14
or. 4x=72
x=72/4
=18
length= x+7=18+7=25cm
breath=x=18
