R=ρl/A

R=resistance
ρ=resistivity
l=length
A=area of crossection

From the above formula,we get:
ρ=RA/l

R=3×10⁻² Ω
A=1.7×10⁻⁶ m²
l=3 m

ρ= (3×10⁻² ×1.7×10⁻⁶ )/3
  =1.7×10⁻⁸ Ω⋅m
