A) Since, resistance is directly proportional to length and inversely proportional to the area of cross-section. So, the resistance will increase.
B) Resistivity depends only on the material of conductor and its temperature. Resistivity increases with temperature.
So, when we increase the length and decrease the cross-section area ; then still the material isn't changed and the temperature isn't changed. Therefore, the resistivity remains the same.
