R=(d*l)/A where R=10 ohm
when a resistance R forms a complete loop or circle
there will be two resistance of 5 0hm as R is directly proportion to length which is half and area is constant.
We have to find the effective resistance between two ends.
As the 2 resistance are in parallel
1/R=1/R1 + 1/R2
or,R=R1*R2/(R1+R2) we know R1=R/2=R2=5 ohm.as resistance reduced to half as does length
Now,R=25/10=2.5 ohm .........
