a wire of resistance 2ohm is stretched to double its length such that its volume remains constant. What is the resistance of the stretched wire?​

0.5 ohm

Explanation:

If the wire is stretched so that the length becomes double then at the same time its cross sectional area will become half . So the new resistamce will be 1/4 of the initial resistance i.e. 0.5 ohm .
