A wire of resistance of length 2m is 1.7*10-8. When the wire is stretched than it's length become 4m. Find new resistivity

Resistivity (Specific resistance) is Specific to material of the wire. It’s independent of dimensions of wire.

∴ Resisitivity remains same.

RESISTIVITY DO NOT GET CHANGED....

IT CHANGES ONLY IF MATERIAL CHANGES....
