A wire of resistivity is stretched to double its length. What will be it's new resistivity?

The resistivity of the stretched wire will remain the same as original wire resistivity. The resistivity of any material is independent of length or cross section of that material. Resistivity of any material depends only on temperature. While the resistance will get doubled when the length of wire is doubled.
