Resistivity = Resistance x (A/L)
where A is the cross sectional area of the wire and L is the length of the wire.
when L = doubled
Resistivity will be reduced to half

If the length of the wire is doubled then the resistivity increase twice as Resistivity
is directly proportional to length of the wire
