Radius of wire, r = 3cm
we know, effective length for wire , L = 2π(r)
- L = 2 × 3.14 × (3) × m
- L = 6.28 × 3 × m
- L = 18.84 x m = 0.1884 m
- force , F = mg = 3g × 10m/s²

now, surface tension, S = F/L = 0.03/0.1884
