First we will find the perimeter of the rectangle because both have same perimeter

Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

2(13×52)= 2×676 = 1352

We have the perimeter of sqaure

Perimeter of sqaure = 4×side

1352=4side

1352/4=side

Side=338

So that we have the side of the square

Now we want to find the area of both

Area of rectangle = l×b

=13×52

=676

Now,

Area of square=side×side

338×338

=114244

So we have both the areas

Now

The area of rectangle is 676

And area of square is 114244

So that square encloses more area
