a wire when bent in firm of a square encloses an area of 146.41 cm2 if this wire is straightened and then bent to form a circle what will be the area of the circle formed​

Answer:

Area of square=146.41 cm^2 side^2=146.41 cm^2

side =12.1 cm

Total length of wire used=Perimeter of

square

=4 x 12.1

=48.4 cm

Circumference of circle =length of wire

2nr=48.4

r = 48.4×7/2×22

r = 7.7 cm

Area of Circle = TTr^2

= 22x7.7x7.7/7

=186.34 cm^2
