length of wire = circumference of circle

given area of circle enclosed

= 154 cm^2

πr^2 = 154 => r^2 = 154 × 7/22

r^2 = 49 =>r = 7 cm

circumference of circle

= 2πr = 2×(22/7)×7 = 44cm

circumference of circle will be

= perimeter of square

44 = 4×side =>side = 11 cm

side of square = 11cm

area of square enclosed by the wire

= side × side = 11 × 11 = 121cm

Answer: area enclosed by Sqr.= 121cm
