Side of square=\sqrt{146.41}=12.1

Perimeter=4*12.1=48.4

Perimeter of square=Circumference of circle

48.4=2πr

r=24.2*\frac{7}{22}

=7.7 cm.

Hence r=7.7cm

Area of a circle=πr^{2}

                        =\frac{22}{7}*7.7^{2}

                        =186.34 or  9317/50
