Total bad eggs = 4x/100

Normal eggs = Total eggs - Bad eggs
Normal eggs = x - 4x/100 = 96x/100

75% of normal eggs = (75/100) * 96x/100 = (75 * 96x)/10000

According to question
Normal eggs - 75% of normal eggs = 96
96x/100 - (75 * 96x)/10000 = 96
96x/100 - (3 * 96x)/400 = 96
96x/100 * [ 1 - 3/4 ] = 96
96x/100 * 1/4 = 96
Divide both sides by 96
x/400 = 1
x = 400

Number of eggs she bought = 400
