Here we are given that woman falls at constant rate of 5m/s.So,

=> a=0

We know that basically, as woman is falling down, mg (weight ) is greater than R(normal reaction. So,

=> mg-R = ma

As a=0,

=>mg-R=0

=>mg = R

So,

=>R = mg = 500N

So ,gravitational force on her is R=500N
