a woman had put a handful of grains in a vessel containing water. she observed That some grains are floating and some of them are settled at the bottom. so who are the best for cooking and why

those grains which are settled down were the best . and those which was floating were not much good.
because those which were floating have less vitamins as compare to which sink down

so you should note that the grain which sink are best.
