If unfortunately, both the tubes are blocked, the woman can not get pregnant on her own. She needs ART ( assisted reproduction technology) , IVF- ICSI , in particular. Lower ART methods will not help her because for ART treatment like IUI, healthy fallopian tubes are very much necessary.
