"A woman should stay away from others,as here body is impure during menstrual cycle process."what is your opinion about this statement ?elaborate it?​

These are taboos and we should not believe these.
1) They are not allowed to the kitchens
2) They are treated as impure

Periodbloood is secreted from the sexual organs of the body. Anything secreted from the mouth and the sexual organs is considered impure. The question is that when you consider urself unhygienic when Urine , poop , Saliva and mucous is not washed of from your body then it is quite obvious to consider period blood to be unhygienic too.

Then there is the question of Taboos. So, any thing prevailent for thousands of years get changed and people start adding their notions to it.

Judging a custom on the basis of that is completely irrelevant. You have to get to the core of it but then no wants to do that.

But actually It is all a big misunderstanding of our previous generations.
