Relative density = Density of substance / Density of water

0.6 = Density of wood / 1000

Density of wood = 0.6 × 1000

= 600kg/m^3

Volume of wooden block = 3 × 2.5 ×1.5

= 11.25m^3

Density of wood = mass of wood / volume of wood

600=mass of wood / 11.25

mass of wood = 600 × 11.25

= 6750 kg
