Tsa of article=csa of cylinder+2*csa of hemisphere

                      =2πrh+2*2πr^2=2πr(h+2r)

                      =2*22/7*3.5*(10+7)=2*22/7*3.5*17

                        =2*22*0.5*17=1*22*17=374cm^2
