I took the speed as a constant speed

f = ma \\ f - 500 \sin(30)  - fr = 50 \times 0 \\ f - 500 \frac{1}{2}  - 0.25 \times 500 \cos(30)  = 0 \\ f - 250 - 0.25 \times 250 \sqrt{3}  = 0 \\ f - 250 - 108.25 =0 \\  f - 358.25 = 0 \\ f = 358.25

fr = co efficient \:  \times r
