A wooden box has inner dimension l = 6m, b= 8 M and H = 9 M and it has uniform thickness of 10cm. the lateral surface of outer side has to be painted at the rate of Rs 50 per metre square what is the cost of painting?

Answer:

LSA of a cuboid is 2h(l+b)

So,

2×9m(6m+8m)

18m(6m+8m)

18m(14m^2)

252m^3

=252m^3 × Rs 50

=Rs 12600


Therefore,

Rs 12600 will cost to paint it
