Concept:

We know that here, in this question, the volume of the crate = b*h*wcm^{3} and the volume of the cube is a^{3}.

Given:

Crate: Hight= 1.8m, breadth= 1.2m, width= 1.5m

To find:

The number of iron cubes that can be fitted in the crate

Solution:

We know that here, in this question, the volume of the crate = b*h*wcm^{3} and the volume of the cube is a^{3}.

So, we will first calculate the volume of the crate

v=b*h*w\\v=1.5*1.8*1.2\\v=3.24cm^{3}

Now, we will calculate the volume of the cube

v=a^{3} \\v=6^{3} \\v=216cm^{3}

Also, the volume of crate= 3.24*10000

and volume of cube= 216*10000

Let the number of cubes be x

Now, the number of iron cubes that can be fitted in the crate=

No. = 3.24*\frac{10000}{216} \\x= 15000

āˆ“ The number of iron cubes that can be fitted in the crate is 15000.
