the area to be painted is
2(length) (breadth)
2(3m)(2m)
2(6m^2)=12m^2
cost of painting 1 m^2 = rs4
for 12m^2 =
(12m^2)(rs4)
that is rs 48 ...

area to be painted =area of door X 2
area of rectangular door =2X(L+B)m
=2X(3+2)m
=(2X5)m
=10 m sq.
total area to be painted =2X10
=20 m sq.
cost of painting per metre sq.=4 rs.
total cost of painting=(4X20)Rs.
=80 Rs.
