total surface area of souvenir = surface area of cylindrical part + 2 x surface area of hemisphere .
= 2π.r.H + 2 × 2π.r ^2
=2πr ( H + 2r )
=2 × 22/7 × 3.5 ( 10 +2×3.5 )
=22 × 17
=374 cm^2
now,
cost = surface area × rate
= 374 × 10 Rs
=3740 Rs
