A wooden Toy was made by scroping out a hemisphere of same radius from each and of a solid cylinder. If the height of the cylinder is 10cm; and its base is of radius 3.5cm; find the volume of wood in the toys.

height of cylinder= 10cm
radius of cylinder= 3.5cm
so radius of hemisphere= 3.5cm
volume of solid formed= { 22÷7×3.5×3.5×10} - {2÷3×22÷7×3.5×3.5×3.5}
= 385-89.33=295.67
radius of cylinder= 3.5cm
so radius of hemisphere= 3.5cm
volume of solid formed= { 22÷7×3.5×3.5×10} - {2÷3×22÷7×3.5×3.5×3.5}
= 385-89.33=295.67
