Hi,♥️

In the given question, we see that there are two different people doing the work, so initially we will consider the efficiency for each of them

Efficiency of men = x

Efficiency of women = y

Total amount of work = Efficiency * No of days required to complete the work

3 men and 7 women can complete work in 10 days

(3x+7y)*10 = Total Work

4 men and 6 women need 8 days

(4x+8y)*8 =Total Work

Equating total works

(3x+7y)*10 = (4x+6y)*8

or, 30x + 70y = 32x + 48y

or, 22y = 2 x

or, x = 11y

Total Work = (3x+7y)*10

= (33y+7y)*10

=400y

No of days required to complete the work = Total amount of work / Efficiency

= 400y / 10y

=40 Days

10 women complete the same work in 40 Days
