Answer:

Hello Mate!

So, 50 men do some work in = 5 months

1 man will do some work in more days = 5 × 50 months

125 men will do same work in less days = 5 × 50 / 125

= 250 / 125 = 10/5 = 2 months

Have great future ahead!

Answer:

2

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x be the number of days required to complete a piece of work by 125 men.

Number of men 50  125

Months 5  x

Since, the number of men and the number of days taken to do a piece of work are in inverse variation, we have:

⇒  50×5=125x

⇒  x= 50*5/125

∴  x=2

∴  The required number of months are 2.
