hey mate !!

here is your answer !!

 \huge {Answer}

= 10 m

in  the  questions,  Given:

Mass (m)  = 50\:kg

Acceleration due to gravity  g = 9.8\:m/s^2

Work done (W)  = 4900\: J

Height (h)  =?

We know that,

 W = mgh

So,

 4900 = 50 × 9.8 × h

 4900 = 490h

h = \frac{4900}{490}

 h = 10\:m

Therefore,

The height through which load is lifted is 10\:m

here is your answer

Given,

Work done= 4900Joules.

Mass of load = 50kg

let the height be = h

accélération due to gravity= 9.8ms^-2

Now, remember

While lifting a body of certain mass we are creating the potential energy in the body which is the work done to lift it against gravity.

Hence, potential energy = m×g×h

=> 4900= 50 × h × 9.8

=>4900/9.8×50= h

=>10m

hence the load is lifted around 10m aginast gravity.

thanks
