A worker is painting a fence 35 m long He paints 7.4 m of it the first hour and twice this lenght in the next hour. How many more meters of the fence does he still have to paint

TOTAL WORK=PAINT 35 PAINT

1 ST HR WORK=7.4

2ND =7.4*2=14.8

TOTAL WORK COMPLETED =14.8+7.4=22.2

REMAINING=35-22.2=13.8

SO 13.8 HAS TO BE FENCED
