46/3 / 2/3

now the number which divides the number, divisor in fraction it's reciprocal is used..

46/3* 3/2

now it would be

45 * 3

3 and 3 will be cut

ans would be 45/2 toys

ANS 45/2 TOYS OR 22 AND ONE HALF TOY
