30 x 1000 = 30000 if not absent

30000 - 23700 = 6300 money lost

if worker did not come, he would not get 1000 and get a fine of 50.

1000 + 50 = 1050 money lost if absent for 1 day.

6300 / 1050 = 6 days the worker was absent.

Answer:

6 days

Step-by-step explanation:

total salary if not absent=30000

he got 23700at the end

he lost 30000-23700=6300

for 1day absent he lost 1000+50fine=1050

for x days=6300/1050=6

x=6days
