It was the occasion of kite flying festival. I was excited for flying kites. I was just climbing the stairs of the terrace of the house and suddenly an incident happened. A bird got injured and fell on the terrace of my house as i reached there. This is what I watched opening the door of the terrace.
I took it up in my hands and to protect it from heat in of the sun in the summer, I went down as it was a safe and better place for the bird. I guess the bird was so exhausted that it couldn't even move anymore.
I did whatever I had learnt in childhood, I took a box, poked air holes into it and put the bird into the box gently with a blanket. Then I later called a veterinary doctor at the home. He told me how to take care of a bird with a perfect diet.
The bird then cured rapidly and it was the happiest moment of my life. I was sad releasing it to the wild, but I knew I had to do it as we should never bound their freedom. At last I was just happy that I saved one innocent life as if you can save a life, you can even save the entire world.
