Step-by-step explanation:

A) cost price = 2000

selling price = 1800

loss = cp - sp

= 2000 - 1800

= 200

loss % = 200/ 100 = 2%

B) cp =50×3 = 150

sp = 50×4 = 200

gain = sp -cp

= 200 - 150 = 50

gain % = 50 / 100 = 0.5 %

C.P.=₹2000

S.P.=₹1800

Loss=2000-1800=₹200

Loss percentage=200/2000×100=10%

C.P. of balloon=₹3

Total balloons=50

50 balloon's C.P.=3×50=₹150

S.P. of balloon=₹4

50 balloon's S.P.=4×50=₹200

Gain=200-150=₹50

Gain percenatge=50/150×100=34%
