hello sir/mam I sincerely apology if I am disturbing you.

I am writing this letter to tell you that I need some nurse's because my mother (full name of your mother) who is getting home treatment because she is suffering from heart disease, is having chest pain some time m which is given her hard time in breathing.

I also need heart monitor to check her heart beat, since I am a student of medical I can understand what she need but I also need someone to guide me.
