My theme today is “Difficult Roads Often Lead to Beautiful Destinations.” Now, I know that today’s thought is probably the last thing on your mind when you’re slogging through hard time.
The truth is that many times in life and love, and family and friends the difficult road you find yourself traveling today, with all its frustration and pain and agony, will, in time, lead to a beautiful destination.
I reminded of the quote Falling down is an accident; staying down is a choice. I love that thought because we all know that, sometimes, staying down is a whole lot easier than getting back up to fight another day. And be aware that, no matter what happens in the end, it will be alright, because no matter what road you choose, all difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.
So, no matter what is in your way today, let’s focus on three ideas that I believe will give you guidance to make the best decision for you, your family and your future.
First, believe that obstacles don’t have to stop you.
Second, know the difference between giving up and knowing when you’ve had enough.
