Number of ways answer can be chosen of second question=

Similarly there is possible 3 ways to choose an answer of each question

We should use permutations and combinations for this question.

Given number of questions = 6

Each question carries choices = 3

Note it should be be 2 choices since no and none are the same , but we will take 3 choices

Therefore total ways of answering a question

= 3⁶

= 729 ways
