a=(x:1<x<2,x is a natural number) is the following set is empty set give reason.please help me.

yes it is empty set ...bcoz x is natural no and it is bw 1 and 2.. there is no natural no bw 1 and 2 so

n(a) =0 •°•it is an empty set
