Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

A= {x: x€N and x is a factors of 30} and  B= {x:x€N and x is prime factors of 30}

Set A says that the elemnts are fractors of 30, So the set equals to the set of Factors of 30

Factors of 30 are 1,2,3,5,6,10,15,30.

Set B says that the elements are Prime factors of 30 , So the set equals to set of prime factors of 30

Prime factors of 30 are 2,3,5

We have to Find

i) AUB

ii) A∩B

Roaster form

A = { 1,2,3,5,6,10,15,30}

B = {2,3,5}

i) AUB

A union B means all the elements in set A and set B without repeating the elements.

So,

AUB  = { 1,2,3,5,6,10,15,30}

ii) A∩B

A intersection B means all the elements of set A that also belongs to set B

A∩B = { 2,3,5}
