our body in comparatively small amounts but Z is required in fairly large
amount. The nutrients like X are necessary for good eyesight, healthy teeth,
gums and bones etc. whereas nutrients like Y are needed to build bones and
teeth, formation of blood and functioning of thyroid gland etc. the nutrient Z is
required exclusively for the growth and repair of the body.
